page content: about the report | download pdf

About the report

The Department of Human Services is committed to a policy of consulting clients about how the services they receive can be improved. Consultation with clients is an integral part of ensuring that services are meeting client needs.

The Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) of clients of drug treatment services was conducted for the first time in 1999 as a formal means of consulting clients about the services they receive. This publication reports the results of this survey. The survey will be an ongoing mechanism by which the monitoring and evaluation of the services can take place.
