The 1995 Victorian Drug Household Survey

The 1995 Victorian Drug Household Survey is the second in a series of Victoria-specific surveys undertaken in parallel with National Drug Strategy Household Surveys. A total of 600 interviews were completed throughout Victoria during August and September 1995 and supplemented with data from the 600 Victorian respondents interviewed as part of the National survey between May and June 1995. The key areas addressed in the survey highlight the extent of drug experimentation and use in the population, the impacts of drug use, patterns of drug use, current attitudes towards drug use and the extent of alcohol-related crime and violence.
