Cemetery trust manual

This manual has been updated by the Department of Health to assist cemetery trusts understand and meet their obligations under the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003. The original manual was prepared by the Cemeteries and Crematoria Association of Victoria (CCAV) based on the former Cemeteries Act 1958.

The information contained in the manual is in summary form only, and is not intended to be a complete discussion of each subject. Independent advice should be obtained as necessary.
