Overview
The Evidence and Evaluation team of the Prevention and Population Health Branch has developed these tools and guidelines to support the health promotion and disease prevention workforce.
We welcome feedback on how they perform in practice and how they could be improved.
Please start first with the guide entitled our 'Making decisions about interventions: A guide for evidence-informed policy and practice' as this document brings together many of the concepts that are addressed in the various tools:
Guidelines
*Note: These two types of guidelines for evidence summaries are to a large degree the same, but differ in that the second ones are to be used when policy and practice implications are to be included. Please contact the Evidence and Evaluation team for further information.
