PCMS

Peninsula Health is scheduled to complete its upgrade to patient and client management system (PCMS) v6001, (the state wide footprint) by early December 2009. Northern Health, Gippsland Health Alliance, Royal Women’s Hospital, Grampians Health Alliance, Western Health and Mercy Health are scheduled to be upgraded to v6001 by end June 2010.

The implementation schedule for Melbourne Health and Southern Health has been revised at the agencies request. Both agencies are now scheduled to go live with PCMS v6001 in first quarter 2010 with Loddon-Mallee Rural Health Alliance scheduled to go live in second quarter 2010 which will see all 10 in-scope agencies complete their initial implementations.

CMS

The client management system (CMS) project has finished the initial implementation phase with all 22 standalone metro community health service now live with CMS version 6.8. Upgrades to version 6.9 are expected to commence in December 2009.
