Subject: Nursing Home Type Patients (NHTPs) in public hospitals – change inpatient contribution
The Victorian Department of Human Services has advised the Commonwealth that the daily patient contribution charge for NHTPs in public hospitals is $33.90 effective 20 March 2004. This represents an increased inpatient contribution of 75 cents per day.
