Purpose: To advise hospitals of changes to the Highly Specialised Drugs Program, effective 1 April 2008
We have had recent advice from the Commonwealth Government of changes to the Highly Specialised Drugs Program, effective 1 April 2008.

AMENDED RESTRICTIONS

Treatment with the above drugs now recognises the listing of Sitaxentan Sodium
Tacrolimus
Now includes the prophylaxis and treatment of cardiac allograft rejection.
