Cross-Border Arrangements with NSWMental health arrangements with NSW are governed by a civil and a forensic ministerial agreement. The Agreements set out the legal framework for the provision of mental health services between the two States. This page contains download links to the agreement and the relevant forms. It is based on the provisions of the Mental Health Act 1986 (Vic) and the Mental Health Act 2007 (NSW). It does not apply to forensic or security patients. The civil Agreement covers:
