Updating your entry in the Human Services Directory

The NURSE-ON-CALL service can provide callers with information about health services they are advised to attend. The accuracy of the data in this directory is critical.

Updating the Human Services Directory is a quick process. If your service is already listed, check your details are correct. Include the following information to ensure your service can be located as quickly as possible by the NURSE-ON-CALL nurse.

The sections that are critical for NURSE-ON-CALL are:

1. Agency name and site name
   XYZ Health Service – XYZ Health Service A; XYZ Health Service B
2. Operating hours
   Include all hours of operation
3. Service type – please be as specific as possible
   For example, if you are a ‘hospital’, list the service as ‘hospital’.
