Consumer leadership and educationPage contents: Background | Where it fits in the strategic plan? | Contact BackgroundIn December 2009 the VQC Health Literacy working group engaged the Health Issues Centre (HIC) to design and pilot accredited training courses targeted at consumers (beginner to experienced board member) and health service staff working with consumers.
