I had a family member have a medical experience, and I recognised how important the job was and that it was what I wanted to do with my life.

It's challenging, but there's definitely moments where you feel you've helped someone.

You know it's a good feeling, but I like to get get on with the job.

It's very important there's a nurse patient ratio, it's most important for the patient.

We can be busy, but the most important thing is that they're getting the care they need, and that they're safe.
