I've always had an interest in women's health and improving their experience of childbirth, which is a really exciting time. To be there with women when that happens is really really amazing and exciting.

I think it's really important that there are ratios in our line of work so that we can give the best care possible.

We are working with women who are going through a massive transition in their life, so it's not just the physical things we need to adhere to, it's a lot of emotional support.

Every birth is different, every experience is different and I just feel lucky to be there and doing that.
