The following permits have been issued under section 39(2) of the Human Tissue Act 1982 (Vic) by the Minister for Health to permit specified persons to buy specified human tissue products from the companies listed on each permit.
These permits have been issued subject to conditions and restrictions and will expire on the dates specified on the permits unless cancelled earlier.
