Alcohol and other drug performance management framework

The Alcohol and other drug (AOD) performance management framework applies to all Victorian Government-funded AOD service providers. It has two parts:

• Part 1 provides a set of performance management guidelines outlining the steps that the department will take to manage service provider performance.
• Part 2 describes the performance indicators that will be used in the short term and the steps that the department will take to develop and implement a detailed suite of indicators in the medium to long term.
