These presentation slides formed part of the 'Change management and lean thinking in the health environment' forum held in April 2009. The forum was facilitated by David Smith from the Australian Continuous Improvement Group. The day focused on the practical application of the lean thinking approach in the health environment, more specifically in the implementation of ICDM.
