Health Services Model Annual Reporting Guidelines 2014-15

This model report is provided to assist Health Services in the presentation of their annual report as required under the Financial Management Act 1994, section 4.2 of the Standing Directions of the Minister for Finance under the Act and Financial Reporting Directions. The Act and Directions apply to all Health Services. Each annual report is to be divided into two sections:

• Report of operations; and
• Financial statements including explanatory notes.
