The Chief Health Officer of Victoria, Professor Charles Guest, and the Food Safety Unit at the Department of Health held a professional development workshop via webinar in August 2016. The workshop was designed specifically for health service employees who are responsible for managing the risk of Listeria monocytogenes to ensure safe food is served to patients.
