Telehealth guidelines for Maternal and Child Health services

The purpose of these guidelines is to support Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services in the delivery of Key Age and Stage (KAS), additional consultations and other activities provided through telehealth.

It provides guidance on which components of KAS consultations can be provided through telehealth and those which need to be completed face-to-face.

A decision-making tool (Appendix A) is provided to guide MCH nurses to make decisions, in partnership with families, about using telehealth in MCH service delivery.
