Local Health Service Network Consultations

The latest updates on consultation activities to establish the Local Health Service Networks.

Let’s talk about your experience and priorities for healthcare in your community.

Every person in Victoria should be able to access the right care, in the right place, at the right time – wherever they live.

That's why Local Health Service Networks (Networks) will be formed across Victoria from 1 July 2025. These Networks will be responsible for supporting coordinated care to the Victorian community.

This voluntary survey seeks insights from community members and the healthcare workforce.

To help inform how hospitals work together to provide care as a Network, we want to hear how:

  • Communities access care
  • Workforces provide care

Your experiences are valuable and will remain anonymous.

It is important that we are hearing about experiences you have had within the last three years. This will help ensure that the information provided to Networks addresses the current opportunities and needs of Victorians.

This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and will be available in 10 other languages.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

A note on language: This survey uses the term hospital to describe public health services in Victoria. Primary care through your GP, private hospitals and community health are not in scope for this survey.
