Review of Cemeteries and Crematoria Regulations 2015
Submissions are now closed for Stage Two consultation. The review will continue until the Regulations are remade by 15 June 2025.
Victoria’s public cemeteries and crematoria are managed by cemetery trusts. The department administers legislation that governs the Victorian cemetery sector and provides governance support to cemetery trusts.
