The Right of interment permit can be used by cemetery trusts when a right of interment is purchased. Trusts should provide the permit to the purchaser and keep a copy of the permit on record.

Trusts should also provide the purchaser with a copy of the Right of interment permit fact sheet which provides additional information about rights of interment.

Trusts can complete the permit online or by hand.
