Radiation Act annual reports

Describing the activities of the Secretary for the financial year

Section 134 of the Radiation Act 2005 requires the Secretary to publish a report for each financial year that:

  • describes the activities of the Secretary under the Act
  • includes a summary of all authorities issued, renewed, suspended, cancelled, varied, transferred or suspended during that year
  • includes all radiation incidents investigated that year
  • includes a summary of all prosecutions for offences against the Act or the Radiation Regulations 2017 commenced in that year.
